Elder Albert L. McCullar III was born to the parentage of the late Albert L. McCullar Jr. and Evangelist Eva McCullar Lee. His mother asked the Lord for a son, and if he blessed her with a son, she would give him back to the Lord. The Lord did just that and blessed her with Elder McCullar.
